Day 30 -- another pound gone
Day 30 and 1 pound gone – now is at 226 and 10 pounds have left.
Just got on the scale and saw that I weighed 226 pounds so I am
continuing my downward progress. Had about 1000 calories yesterday and
also went up my little hill. I don't think that makes up for the
overindulgence on the weekend, but at least I'm moving in the right
direction.
I still am only eating in the evening and I still don't miss at all
the other meals of the day. Staying away from food sure is easier to
me than trying to be moderate in a place of plenty.
I'm organizing a little crossword puzzle in this area (free and open
to everyone) and planning that is taking more and more of my time now.
There are some very helpful experts I've been chatting with through
email and the contest should be fun.
At any rate, I hope everyone has a great rest of the week and the
month! I hope we all meet our health and fitness goals "in the
fullness of time!"
