Do***entation of PLMD, apnea, hypopnea, hypoT and hypertension (apnea asthma hypothyroidism depression)
For those few who have an interest (and apologies for the waste of bandwidth
to those who don't), I've scanned in three pages from the sleep study I had
at OHSU, that confirm my diagnoses for PLMD and Sleep apnea/hypopnea. They
also mention, in passing, the additional risk factors for sleep apnea that I
have, hypothyroid, asthma, and hypertension, and my diagnoses for depression
and PTSD.

According to this page:

A PLM Arousal Index of 5 or more is abnormal - mine was 17.6.
The page from the sleep study that shows the incidence of hypopnic events is

According to this page:

An index of over 5 apnic/hypopnic events per hour is suspicious, and over 10
is indicative, of sleep apnea. Mine was 6.3 overall, and 18.9 when sleeping
on my back.
The first page of the interpretation is at:

I have removed the names of PCP and referring physicians to save them the
bother of having to potentially deal with phone calls from irrational
people.
I've included this for three reasons. First, under clinical data, you will
find:
"3. Medical risk factors - hypertension, asthma, and hypothyroidism."
This is confirmation that I have these conditions.
Second, you will also find, in the same section:
"4. Neuropsychiatric problems, depression and PTSD."
Which is notable not only for its confirmation of those diagnoses, but for
what it *doesn't* include, which is any mention of Bipolar disorder or
mania. My diagnosis for ADD came later, and so isn't included here.
Lastly, for the diagnoses from the sleep study which you will find at the
bottom of the page, under "Axis A":
"1. Obstructive sleep apnea, mild, positional" , and
"2. Periodic leg movements".
I trust that this will lay to rest any confusion about my medical status.
