:Hi,
:
:I've been suffering from depression for that past ten months. I've been on
:Trazodone Hydrocloride all that time and I've just finished a two month

eriod of counselling. I though I was feeling better but the insomnia is
:starting to come back and I can feel the "alarm bells" starting to ring.
:
:I've read several articles that depression can re-occur 6-8 months after the
:first episode and I'm wondering if this is what is happening to me.
:
:I just feel so alone. So far I've fought it and continued to hold down my
:job and try to keep my day to day life going but I'm finding it harder and
:harder at the moment.
If you are finding it harder, and the signs are there that your
depression is hitting again, see your GP, tell them, get help, don't
leave it, and it affects your everyday life too much.
Basically getting AD's may make it more manageable before it hits big
time, and will make things more difficult later.
:
:Has anyone else found this and how did you manage to get through it?
Not experienced this personally, so unfortunately unable to comment,
but I am sure others here will be able to answer this.
:
:I'm really starting to struggle
As I said, get to your GP, don't leave it, if you feel uncomfortable
in talking to them, print your OP off, and show them that.
