Crossposting isn't a TOS violation unless it's to a LOT of groups.
(Most say 13, we use 10 as a max)

That's life in USENet. Convince them to ignore him if you want.

They can. They just need to ignore him.

Things can't be cancelled JUST because you don't like them and many
NSP's ignore cancels anyway. (Usually, because people like you take it
upon yourself to enforce your wishes on others.
