The baseline cancer background is about 25 to 30% in *mammals*, if they
are allowed to age naturally and not killed prematurely by violence,
predation, starvation, or otherwise poor conditions. It's generally
seen in zoos, pets, and lab animals. Also in all developed countries,
East and West, North and South. This has nothing to do with "Western
Industrialized Humanity". Cancer causes about 25% of deaths in China,
for example. Much of which is still rural and none of which is
"Western."
