See, the vaccine doesn't work. In fact, it makes things worse. That
way, they get to charge you for the vaccine. Then, when you get sick
anyway, they get to charge you for the treatment. It's fiendishly
clever.

Never mind those little hairsplitting points about how the diseases
seem to have disappeared. It's all done with mirrors.

I'm not sure anyone knows -- the only claim of that variety I've ever
seen is that cir***cision may reduce the chances of transmitting HIV.

However, I'd suspect it would make little or no difference. HPV is so
widespread that I doubt anything other than vaccination will change
the environment.

One thing I've been wondering about, though: would vaccinating males
along with females make sense? Granted, HPV doesn't cause cancer in
males, but we can most certainly be carriers.

Studies have suggested a decreased risk of cervical cancer in the
partners of cir***cised men. Not clear that this is cause and effect,
however.

There are ongoing studies looking at the question of immunizing boys/men
for HPV, both to protect women and because there is some risk of
HPV-associated **** and genital cancers in men.

I am. by no means, an expert in this area, but hasn't HPV been
associated with - if not specifically identified with - oral, neck and
**** cancer in males and females?

In addition, isn't HPV associated with penal cancer?

Dr Rind has already weighed in on this one. I stand corrected. I was
of course referring to the fact that males can't get cervical cancer,
but I didn't look for other possibilities.

By the way, I assume you mean penile cancer, unless you're referring
to cancer contracted while incarcerated.
