I cannot believe I am so sick. It started Friday with chills, then
fever and continued all weekend. I wore a winter coat to keep warm
with outside temps at 75.

The head pain was horrible and I couldn't take enough Advil. I went to
the doc right away Monday morning. My temp was 104 and I have a bad
sinus infection. It hurts so bad that I was crying. I haven't had a
good nights sleep since hubby is off of work and now I can't sleep
because I am either chilly or sweating.,

I can't recall too much from the weekend as all I did was lay down. My
and hubby are taking turns on our bed. He still is in pain and needs
the heating pad.

The doctor put me on Predidsone and once a day antibiotic that I never
heard of before. Plus Tylenol for pain. I actually am starting to fee
relief although I still have the sweats. Maybe just menopause sweats?

Today is our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband doesn't know if
he should rent a limo or medical transport to take us out! LOL

Aww, Julie, I'm so sorry to hear how sick you feel. It's the pits,
especially on your anniversary. My daughter had what you have a couple of
weeks ago, not just the sinus infection and temp but also pink eye in both
eyes. Pink Eye is like an epidemic around here. I think 10 in my
immediate and extended family had it since the 4th of July. I blame the
pool water, or the kids in the pool that are passing it around.

I think the antibiotics you are taking is called a Z Pack...pretty strong
stuff that knocks most things out within 5 days. You should be back to
yourself soon.

I know you said it was only 75, but down here in Philly it's also hot and
humid and feels like 100. I hope up there it feels like 75 for real.

Wish I could make you feel better, hon, but hang in there and Happy
Anniversary to you both.
