While everyone else argues among themselves, you could try applying tea
tree oil to it a couple times a day. I know of one case that was
scheduled for surgery but two weeks later when the surgery due ot take
place, there was no leasion to remove...it was gone.

Now you might want to ask why your body is generating these tumors.
Typically they have a deeper causation. You might look into the deeper
causes.
