It's one of my up days. I made a beautiful piece of art from a auto brochure
and old picture frame and a little paint. Also rearranged the spare room.

These days are great but never last long enough and are followed by the down
in the dumps days.

God how I wish everyday was like today. Life would be great. There seems to
be no limit to by creativity right now.

That's really great. What is even better is that is an experience you
can project to the future. Think about how you might follow it up
tomorrow without creating too much of an expectation for yourself.

If you say so... there is no law saying that good days must be followed
by down in the dumps days. But you are setting yourself up for it if you
keep telling this to yourself. Mayube some CBT is in order?

Thats wonderful! Good for you. I had one the other day with NO anxiety and
just seemed to have everything going good. Used my lightbox a lot that
morning while I was working so I think it helped. I try to remember what
facilitated those good days so when Im have bad ones I can try to recreate
some of the actions. Not always possible because anxiety takes over.
Yippee for you and your good days and may more be on their way!
