Some clinics in some states will allow you to donate to them for use
by low-income patients, where they will be prescribed by a physician.
I don't know of any other legal method of distribution.

I am not sure if selling your fertility meds is legal-however it can really
help someone. My first months bill was $1200.00 - alot of money for me.
I purchased two months meds from someone on this site- for $900. I have
my meds and am ready for this month!!! Please consider donating or selling
your meds- they can bring hope to someone to whom hope may be all they
have. ( I am crying now... I seem to do that alot these days...) Good
