Or in the case of sports stars, their teams associations banned them. Look at
Mike Tyson? Rapes someone, bites off part of someone's ear, and they still

Yep, that's him. He has another song released but I've been too busy to listen

No, it will probably be a while, but when it comes out, it should make for very
interesting reading. The man has done a lot of good, but who people think he
is, is nothing like he really is.

greats were that great, just not a lot of press then. Can we say John

I agree that not all the old heroes behaved like heroes. The difference is
that if the newspapers of the day had printed the truth about Babe Ruth, his
popularity would have taken a giant nose dive, which is why the Yankees'
management and other people around him were so careful to keep that side of
him out of the newspapers of the day. These days, people either wouldn't
care, or would actively admire him for being "bad."
