I was very confused, sad, lost and depressed that I was actually
considering ending my life. Then a friend of mine told me to visit
this website and it all made sense to me now why I was going through
all this pain, suffering and lost. Now I see the light.

I just want to let people know about this website. Maybe it will help
you as well, or maybe not. But I do believe that it doesn't hurt for
me to try.

What my friend did for me by telling about this website is a life
changing experience for me. I actually lost faith in GOD, but now I
have regained that faith and it is stronger than ever.

I ask my friend how I can return a favor to him. He said just help
others in need like he helped me when I was in need.

There are many spiritual websites out there that are always trying to
sell something, but this website is not selling anything at all. There
isn't even a single adverti*****t or banner on the website.

I hope by telling you about this website I have helped another fellow
human in need.

Studies have shown that those that are spiritual/religious are often
better at coping with mental illness than those that are not. The
speculation is that it is because you feel a sense of community by
worshipping with others and have a large unofficial support group. It
is an important part of recovery but not the only part.
