Levitra (neuropathy impotence erectile dysfunction diabetic)
Arghhh! Seriously bud, what is wrong with you Blueboy?
This is a perfect example of a poster who ignores what has been written in
this thread. This idiot prefers to be sarcastic instead of appreciative.
After I suggest to him Milgamma-N "might" help him with his problem, and I
tell him, " but, I don't have any prostatitis studies that verify Milgamma's
effectiveness", the moron asks, "So Milgamma-N work's for diabetic's. What
about about its effectiveness for prostatitis related impotence?"
Blueboy, Blueboy......what is it you want from me?? Has your prostatitis
effected your memory? I ALREADY replied to you in this thread that there
were report's out of Europe, ( I DON'T HAVE THOSE REPORT'S ), that
indicated Milgamma-N helped repair erectile nerves. I'll say it again! I
DON'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE STUDIES, but the anecdotal the report's are that
Milgamma-N is even more effective in healing nerves when taken over the span
of a few months and at a HIGHER DOSES, (mg), per day!
Look Blueboy, Milgamma-N is a nerve-healing medication. It is not a simple
combo of vitamins.
Milgamma-N ingredients: lipid-soluble vitamin B1 (benfothiamine), vitamin B6
and vitamin B12.
It is a lipid-soluble formulation (as compared to OTC formulations which are
water-soluble). Since lipids dissolve well in lipids, this formulation has
been shown to penetrate nerves better than the water-based one, (since
nerves are rich in lipids).
Hey, Geek-Boy! Listen up! Milgamma-N has been shown to be effective for
neuropathic pain control. As you may, or may not know, there are nerves in
the genitoury area, and these nerves include the erectile nerves. I don't
know if Milgamma-N will help you, but I was responding to a specific post in
this newsgroup relating to nerve repair. I think there will be an evaluation
in a double-blind placebo-controlled study soon, but I can't verify this.
All I know about Milgamma-N is that you need to take it for a longer time
and probably at higher doses for it to be effective for erectile
dysfunction.
Now, I gave you a "LEAD", "HINT", "CLUE, "TIP", ( or whatever you want to
call it? ), about Milgamma-N Blueboy, and that's all I can do. I really
don't know why your being so thankless and demanding of me with such a
stupid question? I didn't have the study showing it was effective for
prostatitis, so I thought it might help you to see a study, ( like the one
below ), showing it was even more effective in neuropathic pain sufferer's
by using large doses, ( Milgamma-N => more effective using higher doses =>
exactly what I have been telling
you )..........BUT..........unfortunately...........th e study was only
specific towards painful diabetic neuropathy and not prostatitis.
In ending, I really have to change to the format of this discussion Blueboy
and ask you something for a change. We already know that I told you day's
ago that anecdotal report's out of Europe revealed Milgamma-N was more
effective at treating erectile dysfunction and nerve related pain when using
higher doses. We also know that I told you that even though there were these
report's, I "DID NOT" have any specific studies involving prostatitis.
So, after ALL that I wrote in this thread regarding Milgamma-N, including my
humble effort to help you with a tip when using the medicine, WHY are you
asking me "So Milgamma-N work's for diabetic's. What about about its
effectiveness for prostatitis related impotence?"
I bet your brain feels as good as new Blueboy, seeing that you've never used
it?? Seriously, if I ever need a brain transplant, I'd choose yours because
I'd want a brain that had never been used. OY!

Effectiveness of different benfotiamine dosage regimens in the treatment of
painful diabetic neuropathy.
Winkler G, Pal B, Nagybeganyi E, Ory I, Porochnavec M, Kempler P.
2nd Department of Internal Medicine, Municipal St. John's Hospital,
Budapest, Hungary.
The the****utic effectiveness of a benfotiamine (CAS 22457-89-2)-vitamin B
combination (Milgamma-N), administered in high (4 x 2 capsules/day, = 320 mg
benfotiamine/day) and medium doses (3 x 1 capsules/day), was compared to a
monotherapy with benfotiamine (Benfogamma) (3 x 1 tablets/day, = 150 mg
benfotiamine/day) in diabetic patients suffering from painful peripheral
diabetic neuropathy (DNP). In a 6-week open clinical trial, 36 patients
(aged 40 to 70 yrs) having acceptable metabolic control (HbA1c < 8.0%) were
randomly assigned to three groups, each of them comprising 12 participants.
Neuropathy was assessed by five parameters: the pain sensation (evaluated by
a modified ****ogue visual scale), the vibration sensation (measured with a
tuning fork using the Riedel-Seyfert method) and the current perception
threshold (CPT) on the peroneal nerve at 3 frequencies: 5, 250 and 2000 Hz).
Parameters were registered at the beginning of the study and at the end of
the 3rd and 6th week of therapy. An overall bneneficial the****utic effect
on the neuropathy status was observed in all three groups during the study,
and a significant improvement in most of the parameters studied appeared
already at the 3rd week of therapy (p < 0.01). The greatest change occurred
in the group of patients receiving the high dose of benfotiamine (p < 0.01
and 0.05, resp., compared to the othr groups). Metabolic control did not
change over the study. It is concluded that benfotiamine is most effective
in large doses, although even in smaller daily dosages, either in
combination or in monotherapy, it is effective.
