I actually don't have thyroid problems, but two of my three daughters do. NAET
has particularly helped me and one of my daughters. I was reacting to all
kinds of foods, feeling sick after I ate, having a strong post prandial
response to carbohydrates. I have a whole lot more energy now.

One of my daughters was having her adrenal function suppressed by allergies.
It has had a remarkable effect on her!! She used to have a kind of version of
MCS almost. She is much more tolerant now of foods, and things like secondhand
cigarette smoke. She is still on thyroid medication, but I think she has been
able to decrease it somewhat. She doesn't need the glandular adrenal
supplementation anymore.

The NAET treatments were kind of hard on her I think, because of her adrenal
function. She used to really crash for about 24 hours, sleeping about 12 of
them after difficult treatments (corn, vitamin C, bacteria, come to mind).

We were lucky in that insurance covered about twenty treatments for each of us.
That was enough for both of us to recover about 75%. I still get some NAET
treatments, but now I also do them on friends and family. There is a NAET
email list. Do a google search for NAET archives and you will find it if you
are interested.

I did find the site and also the list of practioners. Unfortunately, there are
none in my local area. I would have to travel a couple of hours.

But, that's one thing I love about this ng...all of the wonderful new
information.
