You know I am so sick of the antacid prescriptions. This multi million
dollar antacid business is driving me insane. I know there are cures for
this somewhere. Doctors here in America dont suggest anything but what they
get kick backs on. Or there new methods that cost thousands of dollars. I
have seen doctors suggest that burn the inside of the sphincter for wealthy
sum of money from the insurance company. I should ask the doctor to do it to
himself first.

As far as acid reflux more could be done to find a cure for it. However that
process is slowed because of the ant acid business. Pharaceutical companies
put their research into drugs that mask symptoms for diseases like this
because its big money. For instance do you think pharmaceutical companies
really want to tell the public what causes depression or acid reflux?

How many times has a doctor suggested easter types of medicine like Manuka
Honey for peptic ulcers? Did you know in Australia something as simple as
Manuka Honey is commonly used to cure peptic ulcers? Probablly not! In
America if you have peptic ulcers they dont tell you it could be caused by
the H Pylori bacteria but they suggest it is acid and you need acideaters...

Wonder whether r it the same with diabetes..The drug companies make so much
money off
all the insulin, pumps and oral meds ( for type two) and yet they still
cannot find a cure.
We have heart transplants and so much in the way of medical technology yet
the cure for diabetes has so far been elusive. I know that it is a very
complex auto immune disease, yet you like to think they are closer to a
cure.Maybe they think there is more money to made from the drugs rather than
a cure???

Absoloutely. Do you think if the drug companies found a pill that could cure
acid reflux that they would market it? I don't. They would rather your
doctor prescribe you endless prescriptions for the purple pill or prevacid
which gets them huge sums of cash. The only people who are going to find a
cure for cancer, for acid reflux, for aids wont be pharmaceutical companies.
They will find longevity pills, not cure all pills.

And of course, the automobile manufacturers all have the technology for
making cars that will get 250 mile per gallon of gasoline, but are
suppressing it because of their collusion with the oil companies.

If you dont believe pharmaceutical companies mislead then you need
psychotherapy. BTW, it is a fact that oil companies have bought the rights
to certain engines and have done nothing with them. Take for instance the
engine created in Israel a few years ago. It was bought by a unnamed source
and hasnt been heard about sense. There are conspiracy theories and then
there are facts.

Facts are pharmaceutical companies give kick backs to doctors and most
doctors not feeling what you are feeling are less sympathetic and like to
"try different methods" first. One being giving a years worth of acid eaters
to idiots like you who are well insured and agree and shake your head at
everything the doctor says.
