I had a few (LOL), and it to hard to say how long it will last, maybe
tomorrow you will start to feel better, don't be to hard on yourself, even though it is disappointing to have a setback it not your fault and it not the end of the world most setbacks for me wasn't as bad and didn't last as long (being your current condition just makes it seem worse for that reason) The few time my condition worsen because of underlying reasons I had a few things going for me that I didn't previously that helped me deal with it better I can accept my condition and deal with it, I do know it will pass and I will feel better, many of the coping skill we learned that works before will work again- excersize, breathing and meditation, do something for yourself, right thought and eliminate as much stress in your life as possible It is difficult to accept and that make it harder to deal with at first, and the "here I go again " thought scared me, it is the fear of the fear that make this disorder so damn hard to deal with but that's the hardest hump we need to get over to start feeling better Jim -- ========== Please DELETE this text block when replying! ========== Contact the moderators at: asapm-board@stump.algebra.com The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm ========= This notice is added to each approved article ========== |
