Default Ongoing chest pain (down heart cancer ultrasound abdomen)

I am currently being investigated for a 6 month (so far) ilness which
is worrying me. I am 28 yo and obese male. It started off like a cold.
Then I had mild pains in the upper left abdomen. Doctor gave me blood
tests, which showed ALT a bit high - 150. also have high ferritin.
Liver specialist giving me a biopsy next week after ultrasound. He
doesn't think other symptoms are related to liver problem. Other
symptoms have been: up to a few motnhs ago, frigthening chest pain on
left, pain right through body from between shoulder blades to
breastbone. palputations. feeling of lump at base of throat. tender
breastbone. some feeling like skin on left of abdomen almost sticking
to something inside - like wet t-shirt! also did have some severe air
movements on left chest under arms upto about 8 weeks ago. very
audible! echo-cardiagram came back clear. thallium test clear. 24 hour
heart monitor clear. symptoms getting gradually milder over last few
months. but still getting some pain slightly left of centre between
shoulder blades. gone from pain score of about 7 several months ago to
now around only 3. still slight lump feeling at base of throat, but
again much less than before. abdomen more painful when in bed and
laying on left. had some sharp pains in left pectoral muscle, and
whenever i jump up and down or jog just a few feet i sometimes get
this strange tightening in a thin line from the far left of my
pectoral muscle to my niopple. this instantly disappears when i stop.
is it possible with a cancer that my symptoms can start off really
severe and get better (even for a few months) without treatment? i'm
worried about the possibility of cancer. anyone got any ideas.

Default Ongoing chest pain (down heart abdomen throat)

Well. AQlthough my severe chest pain symptoms have largely faded, I
lately keep getting alot of abdmoen pain. Last night I woke with a
very sore/tender abdomen - right down the centre, and particularly
tender when i press/lay on it. It's still there now (some 6 hours
later) but to a slightly lesser degree. This pain isn't constant.....
I had it about a week ago, and that time I was sick four times during
the day. I also had diarhea two days previous to that. But I haven't
had diarhea or nausea before or since then. It just worries me that I
have all this pain in my abdomen, the lump at base of throat, the pain
between my shoulder blades (tho this is now quite mild), and the pain
in my left pectoral muscle. Along with the length of time I've had it
all. I had a more mild but similar episode about 4 years ago when I
just really had the major chest pain for a few months. That went away
with no explaination other than it wasn't my heart. But I didn't have
the abdomen pain that time.
