It's stupid to fatten up a skinny actress for a part when there are fat actresses to be found. It's the fat person's equivalent of using "blackface" and it sux. If you choose to be disgusted by normal human beings (Bridget Jones is a size 14, I hear), you should get some help and stop blaming other people. You should learn a lesson from that posted tidbit, namely that naturally skinny people find it as hard to gain as naturally fat people find it to lose.
