Pot Diet Tips (weight)
Want to lose weight? Start the day with coffee or juice and 1/2 a
joint. Have a small breakfest. Instead of munching on lots of sweets,
chips, ect., during the day -- have two or three puffs with water and an
apple when craving sweets . Or make pot cookies or brownies and just
eat one cookie between lunch and supper, or for dessert one cookie
with fresh fruit.
