O2 is not explosive nor will it burn by itself. It would feed, that is
accelerate an already burning fire. Unless your dh put this cig up to
the nozzle and cranked it open you'd see nothing at all happens
outdoors where O2 is highly delute by the surrounding air. And even if
he did as I described all you'd get is a hotter glow on the coal at
the end of the cig.

Indoors, where the O2 feeds to from the manifold on your outside
tanks, there IS a buildup of O2 in the enclosed airspace. People
aren't burned by it. They are burned by things that catch fire and are fed by it.

Sometimes one has to make choices in life. Smoking in a house with an
O2 flow IS dangerous. A room with enough concentration where a fire
starts can cause the other flammables in the room to burn with intense
roaring explosive force in an instant. He was endangering you both.
The court is protecting your and your sons safety . Your dh is being a total ditz.

He can go to a quit program. I quit when I discovered the dangers of
2nd hand. It wasn't easy but I had children to consider.

And people can go outside even in the worst of weather simply by bundling up.

work on THAT instead of playing "evil state out to get me" games. That
is a deadend when you have a fixable problem like a smoker in the
house that has turned down the simple to perform option offerred.

I do not respond to back channel mails from those I do not know very
well. My addy is blocked. Nothing you could ask me can't be asked on
the ng. In fact, if you asked anything other than issues covered in
the open here I likely wouldn't respond to those questions anyway.

Direct mail and phone contact appears to be the role best suited to
Dan, given his success, which no one else here enjoys, not even myself
when it comes to rate of people successfully helped. Some can give you
hints that are useful. He is capable of walking you entirely through
the whole thing.

His understanding of issues is absolutely strategic which extends to
the task of planning, and I've not seen anyone in my 28 years span of
experience with CPS advocacy for family that could beat him for
absolute stripped down elegance in tactics. He knows exactly when to
use a scalple and when to use a hammer. Most importantly he knows when
to attack and when NOT to. That is crucial.

His success rate is phenomenal.

Ike could have used him in WWII, profitably.
