Default Rx Combo Questions

For a patient taking, among other things, 30 mg Cyclobenzaprine and 75
mg Elavil daily, is Vicodin safer interaction wise than Ultram? The
information on RxList seems to suggest that the Flexeril/Elavil/Ultram
combination is somewhat more likely to have bad consequences.

When it was introduced, I remember being told that Ultram was a "better"
drug than Tylenl #3 or Vicodin for some reason. Is this true and why?
From the information on RxList, they all have warnings about dependency.

Didn't the x-girlfriend of Keanu Reeves have a fatal car crash while
driving on that med?

I've seen it be pretty sedating.
Elavil is sedating.
Vicodin and other narcotics are sedating.

Answer: don't drive.
