I would not think so because I over the counter medication that has
antihistamines as well as things to handle fever.

My opinion is that it is better not to stop antihistamine.

You can't be sure that that allergen is not indoors.

Well.. the sooner you get better, the sooner you can build your
immune system again but also, by stopping antihistamince, your body
still fights and strengthens immune system but it may take longer
period of suffering.
