Hi Elizabeth ,
Don't you find that being bored is not about doing nothing , but the inability to get motivated into doing something . lets face it , there are lots of things that we could be doing , Hobbies for starters but its not that easy is it ? . And Why Sad ? Do you write poems Elizabeth ? I have in the past and one I called "loneliness" . It started " Loneliness can happen at any time of life , even if your married and have a loving wife" . The feeling of loneliness is all about inner feelings , I have felt loneliness during a family party when everyone was enjoying the evening , I was surrounded by family yet felt so alone , and the need to Cry , not just Cry but real flood gates , thinking that I was all alone and NO ONE knew how I was really feeling . Is this how you feel Elizabeth ? Take care and stay safe , Peter . |
