Default Sinus Survival - Any experience with it?

Just bought the book Sinus Survival which I know has been mentioned
several times on this group. The holistic approach is very foreign to
me so of course I'm very skeptical.

The vitamin & mineral treatment makes a little bit of sense to me (of
course this is the quick fix and I know there's no such thing).
Anyway, it's a ton of supplements and I guess it can't hurt (at least
not until they do a study 20 years from now saying that supplements
are linked to all kinds of illnesses)

Anyone have any success with this treatment program. Good or bad?

I swear by the program. The supplements work ( I'm going to go take
my afternoon doses in a moment ). Follow the book. You will not
regret it. It took me from a suicidal state to a state of "just below
normalcy". That is to say, I'm not 100% but I'm pretty darn close and
getting there ...

Don't get the Sinus Survival Steamer, though. Go to Target and get one
there. Target has one that is better quality and cheaper price. Get
the Grossan Hydropulse Irrigator.

It is not mainstream. That's not to say it;'s necessarily wrong, but I
personally thing thatt the average person does better with widley-accepted
therapies and approaches, backed up by medical science (imperfect as that may
be).

Hi, What supplements do you have to take on this sinus survival

The book is written by a Medical Doctor and presents the whole gamut
of tools and methods, holistic and otherwise, to tackle the problem.
It's definitely work a read.

There is a fairly extensive list. Mostly, it consists of increased
doses of Ester-C, Vit-A, Vit-B, Mag Citrate, Chromium, Zinc Picolinate,
garlic, Omega 3 ( Flax Seed Oil ), and the like. Go to your local
Barnes and Knoble book store and take a look at the first chapter of
the book for the list and dosages.

The stuff is somewhat expensive when you first buy it all to get set
up ( ~ $120.00 US ). ( Actually, when I first bought it all I was
freaked out by the "tons" of pills to take and the cost ). But, now
I've been on the stuff for going on 2 years and it's not that many
pills once the infection is gone. I probably pay on average $20.00 US
a month to keep stocked up. I'm telling you, the book ( and supplements )
was a God Send for me. I hope it works for you to, if you chose to give
it a try.

Dr. Ivker is a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy), not an M.D. (Medical Doctor).

Default Sinus Survival - Any experience with it? (asthma kidney)

Actually, some of it can hurt.

Dr. Ivker's Candida theory (which is NOT accepted by mainstream
medicine) has led Dr. Ivker to prescribe large doses of antifungal
agents like Diflucan and even Nizoral. Those drugs can have serious
side effects and drug interactions, so if mainstream medicine is right,
Dr. Ivker is risking his patients' health for nothing by prescribing
such meds.

People who have asthma shouldn't take echinacea. Echinacea has been
linked to a worsening of asthma in some folks.

And massive doses of vitamin C can cause kidney problems.
