I thank goodness I came up negative. As a wicked picky eater, it is
hard enough to eat a proper diet. Trying to remove any and all traces
of gluten on top of it would be time to "hook me up to the IV for
life" time. I wouldn't wish Celiac on my worst enemies. Well maybe
*most* of them, to be perfectly honest, though I actually don't have
many, surprisingly enough.
