I have looked into Dr.Lerner's ideas and like Bob, I think it's a great idea I'm pursuing myself, as I definitely have a heart problem no one seems interested in finding out about and I definitely have had CFS for 14+ years.


Finally, if you have CFS/ME, the more activity that is aerobic you do, the worse relapses you'll have...according to my experience and those of many I know and read about. I have been told the same thing for almost 15 years. I tried. I have tried every year. Aerobic exercise will do you in, believe me. Some stretching, and minor anaerobic exercise may keep your joints from stiffening up....but believe me, if you have CFS...exercise like healthy people do is not your friend. Yoga and Tai Chi or some meditation and stretching...even some aqua exercise is OK. But the rehab people must not know anything about CFS and are trying to push you to do more. Don't if you have this disease.

but, he doesn't believe in CFS. So i don't know what my
test results mean in relation to CFS. i wish there were
a site that we could go to find out what test levels for
certain things should be for PWC. then too that would
be hard because everyone's condition is so different.
