Tube attached to Scrotum? Help!

I'm 3 weeks post-vasectomy. Still some seepage on right side no
swelling no significant pain. However, it feels like the vas tube is
attached to my scrotum at the incision point on the right side only.
My scrotum is free to move (stretch) everywhere except at the
incision. I can distincly feel a tube or something coming from my
abdomen that is attached to my scrotum at the incision.

What's going on here? Is this common? Should I be worried?

You'll most likely have some sort of scar tissue buildup at the incision site
on the inside of your scrotum; the amount will depend on how invasive the
procedure was. I personally had a little on the right side but quite a bit on
the left (where the doc had a rough time). It took two months for the scar
tissue to reabsorb.
