It’s almost impossible to separate the issues, but
generally, there are three
things going on.

1) I am sick as a dog with Lyme disease, and my kids have it too.
One is cognitively
impaired.
We get nothing but abuse and neglect from the State of CT. Therefore
I am being
accused of being a bad parent.

I do Lyme Activism, in the sense that “ActionLyme�
is an activism group, and
our nickname is The Oxymorons, because we’re too sick to
do any actual ACTIVE
activism, so the work is mostly intellectual. No one will help us,
who does not
have Lyme disease, which one might think, would be the logical
response from family,
at least.

The kids’ father is a Psychiatrist-diagnosed Sociopath,
and he never lets up.
When I reported to the Police and the Schools, what is in the
DCF’s records, as
regards Don ****son’s abuse, with the DCF denies, the
Police and Schools thought
they had to report that to the DCF. THAT is how outrageously stupid
and dangerous
the DCF is.

See Psych Eval. It says there are people in my life who have more
control over
my life than I would like, and that would be because once you have
children with
a Sociopath the nightmare is never over until the youngest kid is 18.
RATHER than
help me at all with these kids, and their congenital infection, RATHER
than help
me at all ever, Don ****son is the usual profile of a Sociopath.

and that is the reason, our marriage counselor Psychiatrist loaned me
a textbook
called “SOCIOPATHY�. He reported me two or three
times to the DCF, since he
does not want to pay child support, and his brother did the same thing
to HIS first
wife. Invent that the mother is insane. Don ****son claimed I beat
the kids butts
until they are red, that I poke them in the face with sticks, and that
I stab them
and hit them with hammers… (I mean, and so on, I
can’t keep up with him…)

2) The DCF discriminated against me a million times, whenever I
reported the REAL
abuse going on in my extended family, and did not believe a word I
said. My
kids were doing fine before the DCF ruined them, under UNSUBSTANTIATED
allegations,
which grow ever more bizarre by the day. Last week the Police were on
their way
over here to arrest me, when they discovered what the DCF is now
charging me with,
because the DCF makes it up as they go along, and now they have
invented that I
am actually going to kill my kids. I am no longer allowed in the
Schools, because
of these DCF PSYCHO’s allegations.\0

3) My efforts to turn this Lyme abuse around, is perceived by the DCF
as evidence
that I am crazy. I reported the DCF to the National Institutes of
Mental Health
for being severely mentally incompetent, as I am reporting the same to
you, with
what the DCF perceives as CRAZY.
The DCF can’t be reasoned with. It requires legal
punitive action, for the obvious
reason that they are dangerous to Children and Families, when they
prosecute unsubstantiated
cases, and don’t believe it when the REAL abuse is being
reported.

another borreliosis,
a permanent infection of the brain, and demonstrated the
pathophysiological markers

Matthew Cartter, the CT State's epidemiologist has serious mental
problems also.
I talked to him on the phone and he tried to lie to me about where he
got his surveillance
data (29.6% exposure rate in endemic areas of CT, when the testing is
nowhere NEAR
that accurate), and first he tried to say the lab notebooks were gone/
had been
thrown out. Then he said he didn’t know where they were.
Then he said he wasn’t
sure who had them. Then he said he actually did not have a lab
himself. Then he
said the serosurvey was actually a telephone interview.

THAT is a serious mental problem, clearly. I’ll have to
give some thought to
adding his name also to the RICO complaint, and I will definitely be
adding Kaplan’s,
a Psychologist at UCONN, for publishing this (I already named
Klempner, and demonstrated
the reasons why he is a FRAUD):

BACKGROUND: : Itis controversial whether additional antibiotic
treatment will improve
cognitive function in patients with post-treatment chronic Lyme
disease (PTCLD).
Objective : To determine whether antibiotic therapy improves cognitive
function
in two randomized double-blind placebo-controlled studies of patients
with PTCLD.
METHOD:S: : A total of 129 patients with a physician-do***ented
history of Lyme
disease from three study sites in the northeast United States were
studied. Seventy-eight
were seropositive for IgG antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi, and
51 were seronegative.
Patients in each group were randomly assigned to receive IV
ceftriaxone 2 g daily
for 30 days followed by oral doxycycline 200 mg daily for 60 days or
matching IV
and oral placebos. Assessments were made at 90 and 180 days after
treatment. Symptom
severity was measured from the cognitive functioning, pain, and role
functioning
scales of the Medical Outcomes Study (MOS). Memory, attention, and
executive functioning
were assessed using objective tests. Mood was assessed using the Beck
Depression
Inventory and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. RESULTS: :
There were
no significant baseline differences between seropositive and
seronegative groups.
Both groups reported a high frequency of MOS symptoms, depression, and
somatic complaints
but had normal baseline neuropsychological test scores. The combined
groups showed
significant decreases in MOS symptoms, higher objective test scores,
and improved
mood between baseline and 90 days. However, there were no significant
differences
between those receiving antibiotics and placebo. CONCLUSION: :
Patients with post-treatment
chronic Lyme disease who have symptoms but show no evidence of
persisting Borrelia
infection do not show objective evidence of cognitive impairment.
Additional antibiotic
therapy was not more beneficial than administering placebo. PMID:

We Lyme patients know people with Lyme arthritis (the people Kaplan
and Klempner
are referring to above, since Lyme arthritis is the current
serological definition
of Lyme disease—It was changed to suit the false positive
outcomes of the Lyme
vaccines and to limit treatment. John Connolly and Kaiser were in on
this Lyme epidemic
at Point ZERO—1989 Publication of the Infectious Disease
Reviews Supplement on
Lyme, and started the American Lyme Disease Foundation, which is
little more than
a commercial front for SmithKline, Pasteur Aventis, Kaiser and other
HMOs, CastleConnolly.com
and “Best Doctors� etc…ßWhy this is

do pretty well, since the arthritis is said to be a state of Immune

the bigger
picture of borreliosis, and assume that supports the essence of the

Klempner, now say we are CRAZY to say we have such a disease.

The issue with the CT DCF is their pathological lying. Because of
this, the WHOLE
TOWN OF STONINGTON, CT was in a fright-frenzy, because I revealed what
the DCF was
charging me with [the DCF makes up these cases as they go along--
First they unsubstantiated
the bizarre allegations against me, then they resubstantiated them to
Superior Court.
… I signed over records to them, the DCF lied about what was
in those records
to Superior Court. … The DCF invented several more of their
own lies. They
say I don’t have Lyme disease, but I am a criminal for not
instituting my congenitally
infected kid’s 504 plan, which was of course, not true.
You can see how INSANE
that is. I have a congenitally infected kid who has Special Ed, but I
don’t have
Lyme disease? …
They invented I have a Criminal History (I am sure you can check on
that and find
it is not true), and a substance abuse problem. …. Then
they invented that
I intended to murder my kids (evidence included). When I was
explaining this to
Martha Stone, http://www.law.uconn.edu/faculty/mstone/ and
copied in the schools,
the schools, in their vindictiveness over my frustration for doing
everything possible
NOT to assist my 504 Lyme-disabled kid over the years, reported the
DCF’s accusations
to the Stonington Police, who then began making out a warrant for my
arrest.

FORTUNATELY I had been in close contact with the Chief of the
Stonington Police,
Erskine, the Domestic Violence Officer, Deanna Rushlow, Officer Jim
Daly, and other
Chiefs of Police in the major cities in CT, and revealed the
DCF’s abundant Psychopathology
with the actual evidence.

The CT DCF charges that I am criminally insane and my ex-husband is
fine, while
they knew the reverse was true and my Ex-husband has a LONG history of
do***ented
domestic violence. The DCF has these records, and yet they deny it,
which was the
reason I copied in the Police. OBVIOUSLY I am frightened at the
prospect of my
kids being taken away from me, and ESPEICALLY being given to my
Psychiatrist-diagnosed
“Sociopath� Ex-Husband. The Police know what
“Evidence� is, so I sent them
the same evidence the DCF has, yet they deny having.

The Schools and the Police, in response (before we had all coordinated
info) instituted
new emergency security policy, which I agreed with right off the bat,
unaware that
it was of me, they were allegedly frightened. (The school had been
locking the
doors during the day, but anyone can get in at the end of the day,
Pick-Up time,
which I thought was ridiculous.)

I am sure it is clear how dangerous it is for us to have these little
“meson-like
particles called morons�, the CT DCF running around, mucking
things up for us
Lyme activists here in CT, and especially for us disabled Lyme
activists/Chemists.
The DCF’s nonsense confuses the issue of Lyme disease MOST
SERIOUSLY, for you
see… *WE* are the ones with the brain disease, or what could
truly be defined
as a “Mental Illness�, therefore, and the CT DCF
staff are running around like
a bunch of fruits and nuts, terrorizing the Police and the Stonington
school system.
We may have to call out a 9/11 Trauma Squad from the NIMH if this
keeps up.

I think all of your agencies, the FBI, the USDOJ, the NIMH, the NIH,
etc, need to
have a talk with the CT DCF, about their pathological lying and the
potentially
serious consequences. Perhaps they will require antipsychotic
medication or something,
which this pathological state of their imaginations appears to
require. Maybe they
need individual trauma therapy? I understand from reading the
literature that abused
children often grow up to be child abusers themselves, when they lack
the intellectual
capacity to work out their own problems. All one needs to do, is look
at the trauma
the CT DCF has inflicted on numerous children in this State. Children
in foster
care always do worse, and that fact is well-known. The reason there
are no actual
services to provide for impoverished families in CT, is because the
State is a billion
dollars in debt, and no services can actually be provided, only the
salaries of
the various staff and bureaucracies are maintained.

The perfect example of LIPSERVICE. Plenty of staff, no money to do
anything beside
pay the staff to inform the public of how they CAN’T help.

I am not a Psychiatrist, and I could never ever possibly become one,
since I am
autistic, and require data to be factual or I don’t
understand it. I therefore
can’t make any recommendations about how to handle the
DCF. Most certainly
subjective evaluations, the nonsense of Psychiatry, and the evolution
of thought
as regards “Psychiatric illness� appears to me to
be exactly the pathology these
Psychiatrists project into others. [All you have to do, is pick of
Sadock’s Comprehensive
Textbook of Psychiatry, Chapter 6 to see this how these strange
pseudosciences,
Psychiatry and Psychology, evolved and insight into the mental states
of all the
major players. I was able to purchase, brand-new, and still
shrink-wrapped (excuse
the pun), the 2000 edition, 2 enormous volumes, for 15 US dollars.]

What if this DCF nonsense had gone too far, and some other Lyme
infected person,
had gotten wind that I was a criminal and intended to murder everyone,
as the DCF
says? Or some sort of vigilante ?

Behavior is either criminal or it is not, and MOST of us know the
criteria for Criminal
Behavior. One such behavior is to falsely accuse someone of something
like intended
murder, especially of kids. The consequences are serious in domains
immeasurable.
Why wait to for experiment to repeat? I think the USDOJ, the NIMH,
the NIH, and
the CDC needs to come down very hard on the Connecticut Department of
Children and
Families, in some EDUCATIONAL way. All of my attempts have failed.
When I discuss
Neuroborreliosis and the pathophysiological markers of illness, the CT
DCF says
I am “BIZARRE TALKING�. And they CONTINUE to say
that Over and Over and Over
and Over again, in their notes.

They have even go so far, as in the case of their Principal Attorney
for New Haven
DCF, to send an enormous amount of information about Lyme disease, and
of course
in particular, Lyme disease in children, to the Commission on Human
Rights and Opportunities,
as evidence that I am insane. That is, by inference,
“Kathleen ****son is INSANE
to send of all of this information!!!� When I am talking about
kids being sick,
and it possibly being mistaken for a Psychiatric Disorder, and of
course, a kid
should be treated medicallyl for medical illness.

And I also recommend the removal of James Phillips, MD 88 Noble
Avenue, ****ord,
CT 06460, as a State’s Forensic Psychiatrist for lying to
the Department iof Children
and Families about what Lyme neuroborreliosis is and does. The NIH
will know WELL,
they have a study regarding Rapid-Cycling Bipolar Illness clinical
trial, in which
Lyme disease is a Rule-Out. Also, in the 2002 Sadock’s
Brian Fallon, MD< Columbia,
describes it well, as mistaken for ALL KINDS of psychiatric illness,
not the least
of which is Intermittant Explosive Disorder.

Ex-husband has clearly been physically violent to me and my kids, and
I have not,

January, 2002, taken in

mental incompetence of the CT Department of Children and Families.
