Hi all,

I am 11 weeks pregnant and was wondering if anyone thinks that cats can pick
up on this?

Since about a week ago our cat Charlie has followed me around the house
everywhere. She constantly sits on my belly. If I move her to get up she
just sits there watching where I go and waits for me to get back. As soon as
I'm sat down again she's back on me. It's been happening constantly from the
second I get home every day for a little over a week now.
One of my husbands friends thought that his dog could pick up that his
partner was pregnant too as he always sat tucked up to her belly.

Just curious as to everyone else's opinion on this!

Yes, I'm pregnant for the fourth time and this is happening for the
fourth time too! My cats definitely seem to be able to sense the pregnancy.

I wouldn't be at all surprised... Have not really been around cats that much
to know, but my mum has 2 dogs and I am convinced they pick up on it.
Normally they tend to keep their distance from me but I am pregnant for the
second time and both times they have been much more attentive: nuzzling up
to my belly and the like! Last time they went back to normal as soon as had
had my DD so I am expecting the same again!!
