Can I add cypramil to Lexapro? (lexapro depression)

I have been on 10mg of lexapro for a few weeks with no real lift from
my depression.I was changed from Cypramil 20mg (again no real
results)and still have 30 pills left. Could I add 10mg of Cyp to the
Lexapro as an experiment? From what I can gather from this group the
two meds are very similiarly structured.Would appreciate some info if
this is not a good idea.

Don't do it. Talk to your doctor first. You could get serotonin syndrome
which could put you in the ER.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!.

Ok, Thanks. I'll stick with the Lexapro, and give it more time.
