I am thinking about trying a new natural approach to Depression called
Cortitrol TM the product works by lowering the bodys cortisol levels
wich is the bodys stress hormon,I dont know about this one I have
tried a lot over the years any feedback would be great,is there any
reliable cortisol tests around?

Ok!That was innteresting cause there is so much sciense on the negativ
impacts
off cortisol like the CRF_antagonists that are in trial it makes sence
to me more than the SSRI`s does but you have a point that it could go
wrong with a body craving cortisol and adrenaline and than remove it
from the system that also makes sence to me that you might remove the
defense and make one suicidal,it might be better to remove the cause
off the distress trough CBT
