Lexapro
I'm a diabetic and have experienced weight gain since going on Lexapro. It
has controlled me fine but am trying to significantly reduce my medications;
I'm on 12 prescriptions per day for a variety of ails and aches. In the
past, I've been on Welbutrin and amyltriptolene (sp) but had to get off due
to side effects of other types. Suffice it to say that depression is just
another one of my medical problems, which is also exacerbated by my
terminally ill mom (cancer) living with us and a disabled brother (Vietnam)
also living with us in very poor health. Did I mention I have been
medically retired since 1976? Such is life, eh? If I can control the
weight gain and remain calm on half-doses, I'll be a semi-happy camper!
