Hi everybody, i've had insomnia off and on ever since i was in high
school, i'm 24 now. my best guess is that it's a nervous thing, as it is typically during periods of stress. anyway, there's something that sometimes helps me fall asleep. it's a program that basically shows you a heartbeat slowing down - www.chillsoftware.com. after about fifteen minutes I fall off. anyway i wanted to share the thing, hope it might help somebody. it's def not a cure-all but it really helped me "unwind" and get on the way to sleep. hope it helps. -Chris Nettlesman |
