It seems to me that since some of the seminal fluid comes from the prostate,
any type of infection would be present and alive in the ejaculate. What
types of infections have been found in prostates? Are any of them able to
survive in the mouth or vagina, causing the infection to spread to someone
else?

Also, WHY don't doctors culture prostate or seminal fluid when there's a
suspected prostate infection to find out which antibiotic is best to use?
