Can Optometrist be on the medical panels? (ophthalmologist itching optometrists)

Which medical panel can optometrists get on? i'm asking this because i
have unicare and i don't like the ophthalmologist that i went to for
my itching eyes. TIA

What are you saying? By your message one cannot even tell what country
you are in.

In the USA, some health insurance plans cover visits to an optometrist,
and some don't. It depends on the plan.
