Lifting after cataract surgery (cataract weight)

I had a successful cataract surgery 10 days ago and I understand that
I shouldn't lift a large amount of weight soon after the surgery. I am
into weight-lifting and am wondering, when will it be safe for me to
resume my weight-training exercises?

When your surgeon says it's OK. You really really don't want that
surgical wound to pop open or your retina to detach.
