Affect of diagnosis

For give the quasi- double post as I just stumbled upon a reference to
negative consequences to ones life/ livelihood due to a diagnosis.

Is this something that can be managed? Or that I need to worry about?

I diagnosed them back. My last shrink was obsessive narcisod maniac.
