acne on penis (acne down)

I have a big acne pimple on my penis, does it mean anything? I never had while young.
I also seem to suffer cpps. But it's the first time I get a big acne zit down there.

Could be herpes, so better get yourself to a doctor or STD clinic ASAP.

Unless looked at and diagnosed by a doctor, I would not assume it is acne.
