I was told not to reveal anything about the depositions, so I did not.

At the depositions, I learned that I said I would kill myself if the
kids
went with Don ****son, so that testimony appears to have been taken
*BEFORE* the
depositions, BY the DCF, from my family,

to a Psychiatrist? That woman is nuts. All the lawyers saw this

because the new petitions
makes it look like Don ****son is fine and the kids will go with him,
except that Blumenthal entered an appearance on behalf of the DCF
in my CHRO complaint that the DCF did not take me seriously about
Don ****son's abuse of the kids, when it is in their own notes, taken
in testimony from the kids, from Jan 2002.

Since McSwegan revealed on the newsgroup, what I just explained
transpired at the depositions, I have not broken any law, since\0
McSweegan and the
DCF did that first.

Now the kids are gone and Grandma is crying and she said she
regrets it. Then my brother called me up and asked "What can we do
to help?"

And I said, "I already ASKED for help."

Now my kids are gone. That's my family's "help." My sister Nancy
Martin reported all this nonsense to the DCF. She never helped anyone
in her life with anything. Not even Grandma, after Grandma broke her
foot
shovelling snow. Nancy with the no-kids and three husbands, one of
whom
was a VP for RJR Nabisco-- so she did pretty well in the divorce
("Barbarians
at the Gate"). Now the rest of the world can listen to her nonsense.
That girl never
shut up for a second in her life, and now my kids are gone. Nancy is
a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the State of CT, and she
tried to have me committed also, over her lies, by saying, "Kathleen
is
dangerous to herself and others." Whenever anyone says that, that's
grounds for involuntary committal, only proving how stupid she is, she
sent that to my Psychiatrist. Duh.

When the Shanty and the Lace Curtain get together and role the DNA

Yeah, I found the critical pieces of evidence that McSweegan knew more
about my DCF case, than even *I* did, and before *I* did, posted to
the newsgroup.

We learned at the depositions, that I was supposedly going to kill
myself (News to me, and I burst out laughing, Sorry, I couldn't help
it) if

I never read the order to take my kids, until last Saturday or Sunday
Night
because I never even received it until Thanksgiving day.

This Leebens person said I would "Psychatrically Decompensate" Does
that
mean kill myself? Jessica Gauvin, without a doubt wrote the supposed
****ysis
of me, and I suspect, she simply got Leebens to sign it.

Then Leebens supposedly will be out of the country from Dec 8 to the
19th
and my trial was moved forward to accommodate that, no doubt, from
the original scheduling of February, 2004.

Of course they selected out particular statements and did not look at
the whole
picture, the whole picture being my Civil Rights Complaints (3) and
Commission
on Human Rights Complaints, for which Blumenthal will represent the
DCF.

Blumenthal knows all about my case being bogus, since I replied to the
CHRO
with all the data which shows the case is bogus. Blumenthal got my
entire response
to the CHRO, since I hand delivered it around November 19th, to
Hartford. The entire
data package is three inches thick, in addition to the previous 6
inches of Response
to Sarah Gibson, (DCF's Principal Attorney in New Haven, who I am
trying to have disbared)

Stonington
Schools refuse to help my 504 daughter, and gave me nothing but a hard
time about it, all these years (since she was 6. She's 10 now) The
petition
to take my kids, was based on my alleged paranoia and my refusal to
seek
help for my kids.

LOL. I could not get any help, I got the DCF up my butt instead, and
I filed a RICO complaint, for the reason that Neuropsych Lyme is not
legitimate. So the DCF writes that NeuroPsych Lyme is Legitimate and
I did not seek help for my kids, therefore I am negligent. LOL.

Ask William Christopher the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital what was
the
reason I could not run mine and Diane's Support group there?
(Says Christopher, to me, "You're a Lighting Rod!!!") And the answer
was no (That would be because I would simply pick up a million
malpractice cases in this county.)


So, I simply wrote 2 Judicial Review Board Complaints, and a new
Statewide Grievance complaint, regarding Gauvin, and I named
Blumenthal as a witness, but I had to CC the USDOJ, because Rowland
Appointed the Judges, and I named Rowland in the RICO complaint.
This data has to go with the Federal Grand Jury Inquiry into Rowland's
Corruption.

I also CC'd Ray Sirry, and the CHRO, and the Statewide Bar Counsel
members ooking at the first complaint against Gibson.

And that Third Statement was excerpted out and sent to the Police, who
then made out a warrant for my arrest.

I'm hardly paranoid, if there was a warrant for my arrest based on

action by the schools.

On the basis of this new Yale report on my 504 daughter. And the
Schools REFUSED
to do anything for her, in fact, they sent home notes about her
incompetence
which the very things written into her 504 plan, based on the previous
Cognitive
Eval, by Rissenberg.


I never even suspected by DCF case was related to the Corruption in
the
State, until I learned Chuck P Adams knew more about my case than I
did, and he posted it to the newsgroup. I guess he thought he was
being
clever, but I never even read the new charges, and had not seen a copy
until
Friday 21, about 5 PM, nor did I read the Order to take my kids until
around
November 30 or Dec 1, 2003. But the contents and the essense of these
were
on the newsgroup before that.

So, McSweegan knew more about my case than he should, and that means
the DCF and the DOH are trying to nail me together, and the part about
me
intending to kill myself if the kids were taken, we never even heard
about
until Friday, November 21, 2003, at the depositions. I guess
McSweegan and
the State of CT, were hoping this new claim that I would kill myself
was true.

As I stated before, without my kids here, I have more time to work on
this RICO complaint, and there is no withdrawing all the data on
anything.

not the refusal of the Ct Medical Licensing Board to Investigate
Schoen and

Dear Dr. Zerhouni:

We are writing in furtherance of the Committee's investigations into
continuing
management concerns and alleged financial waste and abuse at the
National Institutes
of Health (NIH). On June 26, 2003, CBS Evening News aired a story
about Dr. Edward
McSweegan, a NIH microbiologist, who alleges that he has no true tasks
or responsibilities
in his current position reflective of the estimated $100,000 annual
salary he receives.
He claims that he was removed from his position as NIH's program
officer for Lyme
disease in June 1995 due to his criticism of a Lyme disease support
group, and subsequently
lost control over all the grants that he administered. The Washington
Post also
reported the story on July 4, 2003.

Dr. McSweegan claims that he is paid to perform tasks that one would
ordinarily
delegate to an intern, such as arranging coffee for lunches and
forwarding messages.
However, the NIH reportedly states that Dr. McSweegan is the Director
of the U.S.-Indo
Vaccine Action Program, and in this capacity traveled outside of the
country representing
the agency. This title is apparently news to Dr. McSweegan, who says
that he was
not aware it. The NIH states he produced reports and other work
products in this
position. According to Dr. McSweegan, he struggles to fill his
eight-hour workdays
by reading, exercising and writing fiction.

Based on these reports, and the Committee's continuing interest in
concerns about
whether NIH is wisely managing both its employees and its increased
financial resources,
we are initiating an examination of the allegations made by Dr.
McSweegan and broader
issues arising possibly from his allegations. Pursuant to Rules X and
XI or the
U.S. House of Representatives, please provide the following
information by July
24, 2003:

1.. All personnel records relating to Dr. McSweegan including but
not limited
to employment reviews, disciplinary proceedings, salary reviews and
travel-related
paperwork.

2.. All records relating to Dr. McSweegan's removal from the
position of Program
Officer for Lyme disease.

3.. All records relating to any and all positions held by Dr.
McSweegan after
leaving the position of program officer for Lyme disease, including
but not limited
to the mission statement, daily responsibilities, direct reports,
salary, GS levels,
evaluations and his immediate supervisor in each position.

4.. All records relating to all of Dr. McSweegan's job-related
travel in his current
position as U.S.-Indo Vaccine Action Program, including but not
limited to any do***ents
regarding the justification for the travel, itineraries, who financed
the travel,
reports or memoranda generated as a result of the travel, and any
follow-up done
on the issues that were the justification for the travel.

5.. A matrix of all NIH scientists or administrative officer
employees who have
been transferred from an NIH intramural program to an NIH extramural
program, and
NIH officials who have administered research grants and had all those
grants transferred
to other employees. The matrix should cover the period from January 1,
1998 to the
present. Include in the matrix the employee's name, job titles, dates
of participation,
description of projects, qualifications for participation in each
project and reason
for the transfer.

We also request that you share this letter with all NIH employees to
ensure that
they are aware of this Committee's interest in these particular
allegations and
to provide them with contact information for our staff if any NIH
employee wishes
to make allegations similar to those of Dr. McSweegan.

Please note that, for the purpose of responding to these requests, the
terms "records"
and "relating" should be interpreted in accordance with the attachment
to this letter. In addition, we are requesting that following
production of the
records to the Committee, you make available NIH employees for
Committee staff interviews
as requested by Committee staff.
