Hi

I am 32 male. My skin in groin is dark compared to the rest; I
understand that this is normal. I do not have any discomfort other
than bit itchy after long hours of work, I take a shower and it is
gone. Occasionally, I have noticed small patches (not rash) like Tinea
Versicolor, but it just disappears. At times, I see my penis's fore
skin have a very thin skin, that just will peel off.

The reason for my concern is:

My last girl friend had a very fair groin and during our 2 year
relation, I noticed her groin changed to dark color. She used to
complain, itchy after intercourse. We had a pap-smear test twice and
found nothing wrong.

Now, my fiancé's (different girl) groin seems to turn dark. She too
complains of itchiness sometimes.

With the above reasons, can I think that I am some kind of skin
disease carrier? I am now worried and definitely want to find what is
going on?!
