I think there are two components to depression, a physical or chemical one, and
a psychological one, how we feel about ourselves. The first goes up and down,
and one trick is to try to deal with problems and situation when you are not
extremely depressed. The second is tough but you have to try to do the
following. Analyze your problems, and try to take action. Note that pondering
over situations problems does little. Instead, make a note of some things to
do, and try to do the best you can.
