An "Egg Cellent" Way to Loose Weight
You know you shouldn't skip breakfast, but are you eating the right stuff? Consider adding eggs to your a.m. meal -- they may help you peel off a few more pounds!
Researchers at Louisiana State University found research subjects who ate two eggs every morning lost 65% more weight than those who ate another breakfast with the same number of calories.
Both groups followed a reduced-calorie diet, but the egg-eaters said they felt fuller and ate fewer calories throughout the day. And the egg-eating group's cholesterol levels didn't rise.
