I just installed Windows 2003 SP1.
Right after the installation, I noticed errors in Event Viewer:

Source: Perflib
Event ID: 1023
Description: Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL MSSQL$MSAC, the
first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code.

I did not have these errors before SP1. I ran SCW and also followed
instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=891330

Without success. This error still logs every minute. What's wrong?
Application Center runs fine though. What can I do to correct this?
Do I have to uninstall SP1?

Great! It works fine!

Should mention that the full path is usually c:\program files\microsoft
sql server\mssql$msac\binn
