I receive the following similar errors in my Application logs when synching
my cluster.

I've seen similar issues pop up when certs on the primary box are having
issues but it's been sometime since I have seen these. I recently migrated a
site from IIS 5 using the IIS 6.0 Migration Tool v1.1, that's about all that
has changed recently. Suggestions?

Resolved, apparently if you don't migrate the SSL cert after migrating sites
with the migration tool you will get errors because the site thinks the cert
should be there as probably detailed in the Metabase and it's not.
