Addres book to shared in email POP3

Is there any one with knowledga on how can a share an address book on a email
server POP3. I know that is a natural feature in exchange but in POP3 maybe
utilaizing an other Microsoft application is this posible?

We use Imail server and we ran Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2002

It will be very appreciate any help.
