ExecuteTutorial - System Error

No, a schedule instance doesn't get started.
I just think the error occurs because I have Visual Basic not installed at all?!

Are there any other tutorials avialable (web) which don't need any VB components??

For small samples, you can try the Messaging Samples in SDK. Most of them
are not very complicated to configure. If you want to try Orchestration
Schedule, then use one of the smaller Xlang Samples in SDK. But if no
schedule got started, something may be wrong with your Xlang Scheduler
component.
