Default HIPAA Trading Partner Manager



Should the Trading Partner Manager be used exclusively for
creating objects in the BizTalk Messaging Manager?

I have done this several times using TPM to create trading
partners. I then create a receive function (directory
only) and the error reports envelop header information is
invalid.
