Greetings,

I setup BTS 2004 developer edition with MSDE. The configuation completed
with no errors. I can use SQL Enterprise manager to browse the BTS databases
-- so SQL Server seems to be setup correctly. I am using Windows
Authentication.

For some strange reason, when launching the Rules Engine, I receive an error
that it cannot connect to the database. If I try to select a database from
the dropdown list, it gives an error saying that it cannot find sql server.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
