copying file

Hi
I am faceing a problem in copying a .mdb file from my main office
sometimes it gets copied & sometimes it does't copy.main office is connected
by a router to branch office.
error displays is "Unable to copy *.mdb file. Network name no longer exist"

Can anybody help.
