Hi

Every Sunday night our SBS Server closes down and freezes - I am unable to
move the mouse, keyboard, etc. The only thing to do is to take the power
cable out and restart. Then the server works fine until the following Sunday
night. I have disabled the UPS but it still happens. I read somewhere that
the evnt log might help - the only message that comes up is Event ID:6008. I
have deleted the event log and then restarted it to try and get an dea of
what is happening but still it freezes this one night of the week.

By "disabled the UPS" you mean put into Internal Bypass, that does not
necessarily mean it will no be put back on for the weekly self-test. Try
unplugging completely from the UPS on the upcoming Sunday and see if the
problem still exists.

I have completley unplugged the UPS but the server still freezes every Sunday.
